Standard Program includes 3, 6, and 9-month periodized training cycles with monthly 1-on-1 video calls, one edited technique video breakdown per month, team builder access, text message support, and nutrition guide with recovery protocols.

Premium Program includes everything in Standard plus customizable periodized training cycles, weekly 1-on-1 video calls (4x more frequent), and athlete mindset with advanced recovery resources.

First, you upload your jump technique video for analysis. CJ Champion then analyzes your jump approach and identifies improvement areas. Next, we schedule a Google Meet consultation to discuss your training goals and training age. Finally, you receive a personalized training program designed specifically for your needs and goals.

Results vary based on individual factors like current fitness level, training age, consistency, and genetic potential. Most athletes see measurable improvements within 4-6 weeks with proper program adherence. The key is following your personalized periodized training plan consistently.

In-person sessions include professional vertical jump measurement, RSI (Reactive Strength Index) testing, real-time jump technique corrections, guidance on achieving your first dunk or learning new dunks, plus a consultation and personalized workout plan with professional assessment and feedback.
